PETALING JAYA (Feb 27): S P Setia Bhd is looking to launch the first tower of serviced apartments at its integrated development Trio at Bukit Tinggi, Klang, by mid-March.

“For this upcoming launch, we are only launching Tower A, which comprises 426 units of serviced apartments in the 46-storey tower.

“We are targeting first-time homebuyers and young adults seeking integrated lifestyles near Bukit Tinggi, Banting and Klang,” said S P Setia divisional general manager Paul Soh in a statement released in conjunction with the grand opening of Trio by Setia sales gallery last Saturday (Feb 25).

Spanning over 5.49 acres of prime land facing the main artery road of Jalan Langat (which runs  through Klang town to Bukit Tinggi) Trio comprises three towers of serviced apartments, 42 units of commercial and a retail podium. It has a gross development value of RM571 million.

The residential blocks will house a total of 914 units of serviced apartments with built-ups ranging from 656 sq ft to 1,216 sq ft. The units will be priced between RM412,000 and RM737,000.

Facilities at Trio include a wading pool, sunken deck, viewing deck, yoga deck, gymnasium, playground and multipurpose hall.

“Setia’s 10:90 promotional scheme where purchasers will only need to pay 10% down payment and the balance 90% only upon vacant possession is applicable for this project.

“This is a golden opportunity to own an amazing property at this location and we hope the property buyers will take up this special offer,” added Soh.

Construction for Trio will commence in 2Q2017 with targeted delivery by 4Q2021.

Trio is accessible via the Federal Highway, Shah Alam Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway and the North-South Expressway Central Link. It is also located near the proposed Bukit Tinggi Light Rail Transit station.
