Hua YangPETALING JAYA (March 14): Hua Yang Bhd’s residential projects Sentrio Suites (pictured) in Desa Pandan and Residensi Flora@One South in Seri Kembangan, both in the Klang Valley, as well as Lavender 2 in Bandar Universiti Seri Iskandar, Perak have received their Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

Sentrio Suites is one of Hua Yang’s core urban projects which carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM231 million. It comprises a 40-storey serviced apartment building housing 327 units with built-ups from 570 sq ft and priced from RM485,400 onwards.

The RM104 million GDV Residensi Flora project at One South in Seri Kembangan consists of one residential block offering 194 units of serviced apartments. The selling price starts from RM582,600.

Lavender 2 in Bandar Universiti Seri Iskandar Perak has a GDV of RM74 million. It comprises 281 units of double-storey terraced houses priced from RM244,800.

Hua Yang CEO Ho Wen Yan said in a statement today that all three projects were fully sold in a short time, demonstrating the strong demand and interest in the affordable segment.

“Klang Valley and Perak remain our key regions and continue to contribute positively to our group’s revenue,” he said.

During the third quarter of Hua Yang’s 2017 financial year, projects in the Klang Valley were the largest contributor to revenue, making up a total of 45% while developments in Perak contributed a healthy 21% to the group.
