PETALING JAYA (April 28): Tropicana Corp Bhd has debuted Sinaria, the first commercial phase at the 863-acre Tropicana Aman township in Kota Kemuning, Selangor.

The 17.93-acre Sinaria offers 152 two-storey shopoffices, with built-ups ranging from 3,121 sq ft to 6,113 sq ft.

“Sinaria is not your typical, traditional commercial phase. The shopoffices are sensibly designed for a multitude of businesses. The shopoffices feature balconies and double volume ceiling.

“Sinara is also conveniently located next to the upcoming Tenby International School, which will be completed by September 2018 and an upcoming vernacular school.

“Needless to say, this will result in high traffic and footfall for businesses at Sinaria,” said Tropicana Corp executive director of marketing and sales Ung Lay Ting in a statement today.

In conjunction with the introduction of this commercial phase, Tropicana has also introduced the Sinaria Business Grant, which enables buyers, who are end-users setting up business within six months of taking over the keys to the shopoffice, to enjoy a business grant of 3% of the property value, worth up to RM105,000.

The business grant is offered on a limited, first-come first-served basis for the first 50 units.

“With the grant, we aim to attract and cultivate an exciting mix of businesses. Sinaria at Tropicana Aman has plenty of growth potential with versatile spaces for start-ups, small businesses, F&B outlets and lifestyle shops.

“Being the first commercial phase, there is room for steady capital appreciation as the township takes shape. The Sinaria Business Grant is our commitment to support and lend a helping hand to the purchasers and business owners,” said Ung.

Sinaria is “poised to thrive” from an existing population catchment of 1.05 million within 10km radius.
