PETALING JAYA (May 12): Tropicana Corp Bhd’s Cheria Residences at Tropicana Aman near Kota Kemuning, Selangor has achieved 80% take-up to date.

Executive director of marketing and sales Ung Lay Ting said the sales momentum in Tropicana Aman has continued with the response to Cheria Residences, the township’s first semi-detached houses. The first commercial phase at Tropicana Aman Sinaria Investment-Grade Shop Offices have also received encouraging response.

“In the coming months, Tropicana Aman will see its very first phase of modern zero-lot bungalows and bungalows. In addition to that, an exciting phase of urban high-rise residential homes at affordable prices is slated to be launched later this year.

“These two phases will attract a wider demographic of homebuyers and investors, further adding to the vibrancy of Tropicana Aman,” said Ung.
