SINGAPORE (June 6): Astaka Holdings says it has topped off The Astaka twin towers at One Bukit Senyum township in Johor.

One of the tallest residential towers in Southeast Asia, The Astaka twin towers stand at 915 feet. This supersedes The River South Tower in Bangkok, which is the region current tallest residential tower, standing at 846.4 feet.

The twin towers have a gross development value of RM1.4 billion (S$454 million).

The project is set to be completed in 2018 and will have 438 residential units. The Astaka will rank as Johor’s tallest building and one of Malaysia’s top 10 tallest buildings.
