Monet Garden

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 9): Sunsuria Bhd has officially launched Monet Garden, the second phase of its Monet Residences development in Sunsuria City.

The 3-storey family townhouses will be built across 18.7 acres (7.57ha) of freehold land, with prices starting from RM600,100.

Inspired by the paintings of famed impressionist Claude Monet, the Monet Residences encompasses five parcels of land, with plans for 519 terraced houses and 360 units of townhouses to be built across three parcels with an estimated gross development value of RM583 million.

In Monet Garden, greenery is all around, with immaculately sculpted topiary and allées — French for tree-lined alleys — providing shade, fresh air and a serene environment. True to the spirit of joie de vivre — French for “joy of living” — Monet Garden offers facilities for residents to enjoy a healthy, active and fun lifestyle. This includes an exclusive clubhouse with a main swimming pool, wading pool and shaded pergola walkway, children’s playground, jogging track and basketball court.

Sunsuria City is Sunsuria’s flagship integrated development, which covers 525 acres of freehold land. The 150-acre Xiamen University Malaysia is conveniently located at the heart of Sunsuria City, while more than 40 other universities and colleges located within 30km of the township provide a myriad of education options for residents.

Sunsuria will also have SJK(C) Sunsuria — one of the 10 new Chinese primary schools to be set up in Malaysia — operating within Sunsuria City.

Along with the neighbouring residential projects in Sunsuria City, residents will enjoy an unparalleled connectivity of living in a transit-oriented development. This includes direct access from the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway and easy commuting via the Express Rail Link speed train transit hub that connects Sunsuria City with KL Sentral and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
