KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 8): SkyWorld Development Group has unveiled its first residential project in Setiawangsa, The Valleys, where it has received an overwhelming response.

Sales for Tower B recorded over 80% take-up.

SkyWorld chief operating officer Lee Chee Seng said last Sunday The Valleys has proven to be a highly sought-after piece of real estate as it has received more than 5,000 registrations of interest since November last year.

“We are glad to have received positive response from the public. Many were attracted to the strategic location of the project with AEON AU2 shopping mall just next door and only 5km from the city centre.

“It is located within an abundance of amenities with LRT stations merely a few kilometres away and is well connected via major highways like DUKE, MRR2, AKLEH and the extensions of DUKE,” said Lee.

The Valleys is the first phase of a 13.6-acre (5.5ha) vibrant integrated development known as SkySierra.

Residents of The Valleys will be pampered with its 40 unique and luxurious lifestyle facilities spread over four different levels of facility deck.

Being one of the tallest residential developments in Setiawangsa, The Valleys offers 1,309 units of residence across three towers with built-up ranging from 800 sq ft to 1,318 sq ft and priced from RM392,000, where many can afford.

Many have booked dual key units which offer privacy and flexibility and it can cater to multigenerational living.

Lee also said the project places a strong emphasis on family unit and community bonding.

The Valleys lets family members of all ages spend quality time together and enjoy vibrant activities amid lush landscaped greenery.

The Valleys is aiming to become a Green Building Index provisional certified development and features high-quality finishes where it aims to achieve 75% QLASSIC rating.

The Valleys boasts value-added multilevel security such as intercom system, intrusion detection, perimeter control, CCTVs, 24-hour security, guard tour system and fire protection system.
