PETALING JAYA (March 5): Felcra Properties Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Felcra Bhd, saw its latest luxury residence project Semarak Residence achieve a take-up rate of 45% since its launch in December 2017.

Sitting on a 4-acre leasehold site at Jalan Semarak, Semarak Residence is a RM650 million residential project adjacent to the 35-storey Menara Felcra and an international convention centre.

According to a press release by the developer, Semarak Residence consists of a 43-storey tower that houses 480 serviced apartments. With built-ups from 700 sq ft to 1,345 sq ft, the units come in seven layouts and indicative prices of RM728,000 to RM1.5 million — a range the developer touted as below the average market price considering its location.

Felcra CEO Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope said the project is targeted at high-income professionals who appreciate prime assets in a very strategic location, allowing residents to enjoy plenty of amenities nearby and commute to the city centre via several major roads, such as Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Semarak and Jalan Ampang.

The facilities available at Semarak Residence include infinity swimming pool and wading pool, gymnasium, barbecue area and spacious lounge area.

There will also be furnishing packages for the residences, which include built-in kitchen cabinets, wardrobes in all bedrooms and air-condition units for all bedrooms and living areas. The maintenance fee is expected to be around 20 cent psf.

In conjunction with its Chinese New Year Durian Festival, which was held on Saturday morning, Felcra Properties is offering “ang pau” worth RM8,888 to homebuyers who register before the end of this month. The exclusive “ang pau” will be redeemable, in kind with the facilities fitted in the serviced apartment units.
