KUALA LUMPUR (June 1): Tropicana Corp Bhd's independent and non-executive chairman Tan Sri Othman Abd Razak has resigned from his position after a little less than 10 months on the job, citing personal commitment.

According to Tropicana's Annual Report 2017, Othman, 69, took on the position of chairman on Aug 21 last year. He first joined the property developer as an independent non-executive director on April 18, 2016.
