PETALING JAYA (July 26): Over fifty percent of the councillors recently sworn in by the Subang Jaya Municipal Council are new faces. 

Former councillors retained amounts to ten, reported the Star
 
Seven councillors are from PKR, 11 from DAP (four under NGO seats), four from Amanah, and two NGO representatives are from Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia. 
 
Some of the new councillors listed by the daily are Mohd Fitri Jamaludin, 33 (PKR), Ismail Kamal Abdul Rahman, 53 (PKR), Thomas Low Yew Sin, 55 (DAP), Thamilarusu Sandayan, 42 (DAP-NGO) Wong Yii Seang, 29 (DAP), Lee Jen Uyin, 42 (DAP), Ng Seow Chen, 33 (DAP-NGO), Abbas Salimmi Che Adzmi, 38 (Amanah), Koh Eng Kee, 52 (Amanah), Kamarul Hisham Yeop Hashim, 48 (Amanah), Datuk Kamaruzaman Ibrahim, 61 (Amanah), Mohd Tarmizi Lazim, 51 (PPBM-NGO) and Ahmad Faidzal Mohamad, 47 (PPBM-NGO).
