PETALING JAYA (Feb 13): The Define Food Group will be opening its second outlet in May at Colony’s flagship and largest luxury coworking space to date at the Star Boulevard KLCC penthouse.

Taking up 2,000 sq ft of space, the Define:Food restaurant will serve signature menu items such as the Carbonara, Wagyu Bolognese, Salt Beef Reuben Sandwich, Truffled Eggs and Wagyu Sirloin Steak; as well as some new items.

Multi-award winning celebrity chef Malcolm Goh who heads Define:Food told EdgeProp.my that the menu pays homage to classic European cooking with a Define:Food touch.

“We hope to create meals that are simple and satisfying,” said Goh who has been in the culinary industry for over 15 years and has worked at top hotels in Kuala Lumpur.

Meanwhile, Colony Coworking Space executive director Timothy Tiah said it aspires to deliver a complete and luxurious signature hospitality experience for their guests and to create a luxury coworking destination in Kuala Lumpur.

Spanning 35,000 sq ft, Colony@Star Boulevard KLCC will be equipped with a lush 12,000 sq ft rooftop event space with a 2-storey high ceiling coworking space that offers views of KLCC. The co-working space will be designed by award-winning luxury interior designers London-based 1.61 London and Hoe & Yin Design Studio. It is set to open in April this year.
