KUALA LUMPUR (May 28): Seacera Group Bhd announced yesterday the resignation of two independent non-executive directors Datuk Seri Abdul Azim Mohd Zabidi and Datuk Seri Azizan Ahmad.

In separate filings to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, tile manufacturer Seacera said Azizan's resignation was "due to unavoidable circumstances and personal reasons" while Abdul Azim's resignation was "due to personal matter".

According to Seacera, Abdul Azim and Azizan had resigned on Friday (May 24) and Saturday (May 25) respectively.
