PETALING JAYA (July 22): S P Setia Bhd is giving out up to 10% rebate and RM50,000 cashback to purchasers of the Setia Eco Templer project that are participating in the Malaysia Virtual Property Expo 2019 (VPEX 2019) organised by EdgeProp.my.

The special deal is given in conjunction with VPEX 2019 that runs from July 19 to August 9. The participating projects are Amantara, Peranakan Straits and The Grove @ Templer.

Located in Rawang, Selangor, Setia Eco Templer township is being developed by S P Setia subsidiary Setia Eco Templer Sdn Bhd. The modern development offers homes that incorporate natural landscapes and unique home designs inspired by the former British High Commissioner to Malaya - Sir Gerald Templers’s journey to Malaya from Britain, which took him from the pristine gardens of an English home to the exotic influences of the Malay Archipelago and the unique cultural diversity of the Peranakan era.

The 194-acre township mainly offers bungalows, semi-detached homes and link villas. There is also a commercial hub called The Grove @ Templer offering 2- to 3-storey shop offices.

While 234 units in the first phase of Setia Eco Templer, Essex Gardens, have all been sold out and handed over since end June 2019, there are still limited units left in the second phase – Amantara and Peranakan Straits, as well as The Grove.

Amantara comprises Balinese-inspired link villas, semidees and bungalow homes. The built-ups are from 2,598 sq ft to 4,516 sq ft while prices are from RM1.06 million.

Peranakan Straits offers Malay Archipelago-inspired link villas and semidees with built-up sizes from 2,292 sq ft to 2,797 sq ft. and prices from RM888,000 to RM1.5 million.

Meanwhile, The Grove @ Templer offers only 40 exclusive 2- to 3-storey shop offices with built-ups starting from 2,996 sq ft to 7,262 sq ft. The price starts from RM1.8 million.

Setia Eco Templer is close to shopping centres, shops, schools and hospitals. It is a mere 23km from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, connected via the North-South Expressway (NSE), Guthrie Corridor Expressway and Kuala Lumpur – Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) which enables residents to have several routes to commute back and forth to Rawang.

The new Rawang – Serendah bypass also cuts down the journey to Serendah, Selayang and KL city centre from two hours to about 30 minutes during peak hours.

Those who make enquiries through the VPEX platform at https://vpex.edgeprop.my/ stand a chance to win attractive weekly prizes.
