GRAB an 8% rebate when you buy Reesia homes at City of Elmina

PETALING JAYA (Aug 1): Looking to buy a spacious, freehold landed home situated in a prime address? On top of the 8% rebate, those eligible could also benefit from incentives under the National Home Ownership Campaign 2019 (HOC).  

With large built-ups of between 3,243 sq ft and 4,249 sq ft, the 90 units of double-storey homes are located in the exclusive Elmina Gardens in the City of Elmina.

The homes are targeted at upgrading families who are looking for homes with ample space, luxurious features and fittings and good security. The homes also feature open-plan layouts in various areas in the house, providing homeowners with convertible and flexible spaces.

The units also have an opposing or asymmetrical facade to create a bungalow-like frontage and North-South orientation to protect them from glaring sunlight in the morning and the heat of the setting sun in the afternoon.
