KUALA LUMPUR (March 6): Sunway Property has launched the “First Property Customisation & Online Purchase System” in Malaysia for its integrated Sunway GRID project in Sunway Iskandar, Johor.

In a statement today, Sunway Property said the Sunway Grid website www.sunwaygrid.com allows buyers to customise, book and purchase their preferred “convertible homes” in Sunway GRID Residence.

It said customisation options include the type (standard or loft), unit floor, view (river view or harbour view), unit, layout or number of rooms, and furnishings.

The developer said all of these can be done with a few simple clicks and confirmation of reservation is done by paying RM500 only via a payment gateway.

Sunway Iskandar chief executive officer (CEO) Gerard Soosay said the company had the best interests of customers in mind when it developed this concept for Sunway GRID, offering ultimate flexibility for our customers during the buying process and in their configuration choices for their units.

“The personalisation factor, combined with the most affordable price in the vicinity of Medini, is expected to attract the influx of youths to Sunway Iskandar,” he said.

Soosay said this project intends to deliver convenience, service quality and for us, it would ultimately deliver improvement in competitiveness for the long-haul since any business’ future now depends on technology.

“In conjunction with the achievement, Sunway Property is offering an RM10,000 rebate for online purchases with its Crazy GRID Deals which will take place from March 5-to April 30,” he added.

Meanwhile, Malaysia Book of Records CEO Christopher Wong said The Malaysia Book of Records look to acknowledge originality and creativity and records that can inspire others eager to surpass an achievement.

“We believe that Sunway GRID has achieved this with its first e-commerce website that allows customisation online in Malaysia,” he said.
