UEM Sunrise launches Senadi Hills link homes; Aspira ParkHomes to follow

PETALING JAYA (July 9): UEM Sunrise Bhd has launched 112 units of Senadi Hills Phase 1A in Iskandar Puteri, Johor on July 4 after its online preview last month saw 70% of the units booked.

Unit built-ups for Senadi Hills Phase 1A link homes range from 2,088 sq ft to 2,241 sq ft in a 20 ft by 70 ft space with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The selling price starts from RM623,900 (intermediate unit).

The wheel-chair friendly residential development has a 2.5km jogging track, children's playground, outdoor gym and a mini tai chi area among the many facilities available.

According to the developer, the 62-acre Senadi Hills is a gated community consisting of 398 link residential units and a neighbourhood commercial square. It also has easy access to expressways and various amenities such as Aeon Bukit Indah, Horizon Hills and Gleneagles Medini. The freehold development is also a short distance away from Singapore.

Besides that, the commercial area, “Senadi Square” will be launched on July 27, offering 20 units of double-storey shop offices with a built-up area of 2,918 sq ft. Pricing will start from RM856,800.

Meanwhile, UEM Sunrise will launch the final phase of its Aspira ParkHomes (Phase 3B) on July 25. Located less than 10km away from Senadi Hills, the last 80 units of the 22' x 70' double-storey link homes will be priced from RM657,050 for an intermediate unit.
