KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 19): Cyberjaya tech hub developer Cyberview Sdn Bhd has appointed Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali as its non-executive chairman.

In a statement yesterday, Cyberview said the appointment is effective from July 28, 2020.

Mohd Zuki succeeds Tan Sri Ahmad Badri Mohd Zahir, whose tenure ended on May 1, 2020.

Mohd Zuki has been the chief secretary to the government since Jan 1, 2020.

Cyberview said with vast experience and a strong track record, Mohd Zuki had spent 28 years in the civil service where he served in various ministries and capacities, including the ministries of finance, education, home affairs, rural and regional development as well as natural resources and environment.

It said his leadership is invaluable to Cyberview as it remains committed to continuously building a potent tech ecosystem in Cyberjaya.

Mohd Zuki holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from Nanyang University, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
