PETALING JAYA (Nov 5): A doctor and nurses from the Teoh & Cheah Clinic, Taman Paramount who attended to a Covid-19 positive patient are now under self quarantine, according to a report by Malaysiakini based on a Tweet by Selangor state assemblyperson Lim Yi Wei.

The report stated that patient suspected of dengue visited the clinic before being referred to a hospital where the same patient was found to be infected by Covid-19.

Lim’s Tweet said that “Dr Cheah and staff immediately went for screening. All are NEGATIVE”.

As per MOH SOP, the doctor and nurses who attended to the Covid-19 positive patient are now under self-quarantine.
