BUKIT JALIL (May 4): Berjaya Land Bhd has unveiled the Tower C development of The Tropika Bukit Jali on May 2, 2021 via FB Live session.

The Tropika Bukit Jalil is located on a 6.5-acre freehold land, sandwiched between two lushly landscaped green lungs, namely the Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Resort and Bukit Jalil Recreational Park.

This nature-inspired mixed development comprises four residential towers with 868 serviced residence units, a grocer, 9 double-storey dual frontage shop lots and 11 retail lots.

With similar size and practical design from the existing Tower A and B, the design of Tower C is no less different with the units ranging from 732 sq ft to 1,318 sq ft and with some of the units having the privilege of a golf course view. Besides that, every single bedroom has also been equipped with individual bathrooms.

The launch of Tower C came after the series of launches for Tower A in Q1 2019 and Tower B in mid-2020, further adding that both towers have been sold at 99%, said senior general manager of property division of Berjaya Land Berhad Tan Tee Ming.

“Buyer portfolios at Tower A and B are mostly Malaysians aged between 25-55 years old and mostly purchased for their own stay,” a suit likely to reflect for Tower C as well.

“Despite the on-going pandemic, the registration so far has been encouraging and we are very optimistic to have a good take up rate for the sales of Tower C as the commercial component will be handed over this year end which we will see the main anchor tenant, Jaya Grocer, coming in along with a number of prominent F&B operators which will be announced soon”, Tan added.

According to Tan, property prices in Bukit Jalil have been holding up amid the current soft market situation.

With high accessibility via major highways such as the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), Puchong-Sungai Besi Highway, Shah Alam Expressway (MEX) and New Pantai Expressway with easy connectivity through the Rapid KL bus and Sri Petaling LRT station, The Tropika also has close proximity to educational institutions and sports and recreational facilities.

The FB Live which was held on May 2, is hosted by Wayne Thong and prominent guests such as Dato’ Joey Yap, property investor Sean Tan and Yvonne Chua, an influencer who lives and runs a business in Bukit Jalil.
