KUALA LUMPUR (May 19): Bookings for senior citizens for the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine will start from May 23 (Sunday).

In a tweet, the Ministry of Health (MoH) said this will be on a “first-come, first-serve” basis with limited slots. The bookings are open to senior citizens in Johor, Pinang, Kuala Lumpur, Sarawak and Selangor.

The bookings can be done at http://vaksincovid.gov.my.

As such, those who are aged 60 and above and have already registered under the National Immunisation Programme (NIP) can book their appointments under this round.

The MoH also said applicants should ensure that their identification numbers and addresses listed in MySejahtera are correct.

In addition, they should also make sure that they are informed about the AstraZeneca vaccine before making any bookings.
