Sime Darby Property's Elmina Green Five and Trilia fully snapped up within five minutes via online booking

PETALING JAYA (Nov 8): Sime Darby Property Bhd's Elmina Green Five in the City of Elmina and Trilia landed homes in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor have achieved a 100% take-up rate in under five minutes.

According to a media statement by the developer today, all 136 units of Elmina Green Five and 46 units of Trilla homes were snapped up during their respective early bird previews in late Oct. Both projects have a combined gross development value (GDV) of RM239 million.

The quick take-up was attributed to Sime Darby Property’s in-house developed Online Booking System (OBS) that allows homebuyers to reserve units at their own convenience without having to step into a sales gallery.

"The OBS makes it efficient and easy for customers, allowing multiple concurrent transactions, and proving to be a game-changer in how home purchases are innovatively conducted at Sime Darby Property," the statement said.

“The positive take-up rates reflect the consumers’ trust in the company’s ability to provide quality products that meet their needs,” said Sime Darby Property group managing director, Datuk Azmir Merican in the same statement.

“Sime Darby Property has addressed the changing needs of homebuyers who require products that accord them the flexibility to evolve according to the new living conditions.

We understand that for many families, homes are now also makeshift workplaces and schools, and therefore we focus on providing larger products with flexible spaces to transform into workstations, along with other sustainability features," added Azmir.

Priced from RM911,888, the double-storey Elmina Green Five homes with land area measuring 22ft by 75ft  have built-ups ranging from 2,478 to 2,841 sq ft. The spacious layouts allows flexibility and more space for those working and studying from home.

All units have four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with 12ft high ceilings and large windows, a full-sized kitchen as well as a dedicated yard area for laundry.

The larger flexi-suite bedroom on the ground floor is connected to a garden terrace and there is a bathroom with sliding doors and a ramp for independent senior living.

Meanwhile, Trilia is one of the last phases of semi-detached park villas in the freehold township of Bukit Jelutong, located right next to the Bukit Cherakah Forest Reserve and Bukit Jelutong Eco Community Park.

Trilla comes in lot sizes measuring 40ft by 80ft and 40ft by 85ft with prices starting from RM2.67 million and RM2.79 million respectively.

With built-ups ranging from 4,158 to 4,320 sq ft, the Trilia units come with 5+1 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, offering up to three living and family areas, as well as up to four private gardens/terraces in each home.
