Developed and completed by the Pavilion Group in 2018, Pavilion Suites Kuala Lumpur is a high-end freehold serviced apartment project right next to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur mall and facing the Jalan Bukit Bintang shopping belt.

Meridin Properties Sdn Bhd real estate negotiator Daniel Chieng shared that the previous owner decided to sell the unit as the owner wanted to have cash on standby during the pandemic. 

Chieng shared that the new owner had liked the unit for its direction orientation.

As of end-February 2022, a total of four units in Pavilion Suites have been listed for sale on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2.91 million or RM3,389 psf while two units have been listed for rental with an average asking price of RM6,862 or RM8.29 psf.
