PETALING JAYA (April 18): EdgeProp has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PropNex Malaysia in providing comprehensive marketing solutions for the agency.

The MoU will also strengthen the collaboration between both parties with the shared goal of bringing value-added marketing services to PropNex agents to help them grow their businesses.

The MoU was inked on April 5 between PropNex Malaysia chief executive officer Marcus Teng and EdgeProp managing director Alvin Ong.

EdgeProp is a portal that offers various marketing services for real estate agents to advertise their listings and concluded deals.

With the MoU, PropNex agents will enjoy a special rate on EdgeProp’s marketing services, including integrating EdgeProp’s listing into PropNex’s website.

EdgeProp also received a token of appreciation as one of the partners of PropNex Malaysia during the PropNex Malaysia Annual Convention on April 9.

Attended by about 200 agents, the convention was held to recognise and reward its agents’ achievements in 2021.

In a press statement, PropNex Malaysia said despite the pandemic-ridden turbulence last year, it had successfully completed 188 live sessions with over 105,000 views, and about 300 training sessions for its agents.

Notably, the company achieved a total of RM62.5 million transactions in 2021, translating to an outstanding growth of 690% from the previous year.
