KUALA LUMPUR (July 15): DK-MY Properties Sdn Bhd has lined up seven upcoming commercial and residential projects slated to be launched by 2025 in the Klang Valley, with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM4.5 billion.

"The real estate market has been recovering swiftly following the transition to the endemic phase and we are expecting higher demand in the property sector," managing director Danny Koek said in a press statement.

"We believe our project pipeline encompassing residential and commercial segments will deliver great value to homeowners and investors as well as ensure a sustainable development where communities can thrive."

The developer will start off with the launch of The Suite, which emphasises the reimagination of co-working and co-living spaces by incorporating smart-home technologies. The development is supported by SAMA+, Malaysia's first exclusive contactless five-star bespoke provider that hosts a variety of smart-living features. The details of the project are forthcoming.

Another project that will be launched this year is a 1.06-acre freehold commercial development in Bandar Sri Damansara, which will comprise 492 units of co-living and working suites. The project features studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, designed for a hotel-like experience for millennials and young couples to purchase as their first home.

DK-MY Properties is also committed to preserving the environment in their project developments. One of those projects is its ultra-low-density residential project in Cheras Hill that sits on 28 acres of forest in Ketumbar Hill.

In the future, DK-MY Properties plans to launch mixed-use developments called SSTwo Mall (an urban wellness living concept mall) and D'Twist (a technology-driven mall with the deepest indoor diving pool in the world) as well as a residential development in Puchong Intan.

Meanwhile, its D'Immersione project in Mont'Kiara is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2024. The 2.8-acre freehold mixed development project has a GDV of RM1.08 billion and consists of 506 residential units and office suites as well as a shopping mall.
