According to the company’s director of sales, Loh Poh Khim, there are about 4,600 registrants for the project, waiting for its launch.

“We hope to launch Noöra by the end of November, and we will be having a priority sale for our registrants,” she told EdgeProp.my at the preview event for media held at The Waterfront in Desa ParkCity on Tuesday (Nov 15)..

Loh said the project is targeted for the young generation who want to live in a location with good accessibility, with a lifestyle suitable for their age.

“We are looking to provide simple functional units for the younger generation within their budget … smaller units that suit their lifestyles with varieties of commercial facilities that can be enjoyed by them.

“It is more of a lifestyle – more than just a place to stay,” Loh said.

She added that Noöra @ Desa ParkCity has been quite a hit among parents with young adults living in the vicinity as they find the units offered to be suitable for their children.

“Parents want their children to buy it as they want them to have a place to stay and still be near to them.

“We have a lot of this type of purchasers (parents) who appreciate us for coming up with this kind of projects,” she said.

Noöra @ Desa ParkCity, which is scheduled for completion in 2026, is expected to gain a price appreciation upon completion.

Loh said the current price, which is at around RM850 psf, could see a hike up to RM1,000 psf when completed.

“Most of the time, the price will appreciate over time, and this will help them in terms of capital appreciation for their properties,” she said.

Noöra @ Desa ParkCity will be an integrated development located on a 6.63-acre plot at the southern part of the award-winning Desa ParkCity.

The freehold project comprises two 52-storey towers with a total of 1,156 units ranging from one- to three-bedroom units and a dedicated retail component.

Offering a new urban living model, where one can work or relax anywhere, Noöra @ Desa ParkCity has units with built-ups from 520 sq ft to 1,282 sq ft.

The Scandinavian-themed Noöra @ Desa ParkCity is envisioned to create a new way of urban living, which promotes functional and flexible micro living units, integrated with “co-working, co-living and co-mingling” features in the form of communal spaces, as they provide the platform for people to have better work-life balance.

Perdana ParkCity’s group director, design Mohd Azfar Sufyan Borhani said in terms of accessibility and connectivity, Noöra @ Desa ParkCity hits all the right spots, both for vehicular and people connectivity.
