• iMAZING Realty group director, Gary Lok: It will enhance our brand image to help prospective clients get a sense of what it might be like to work with us in helping them get their dream properties. This is what our company’s direction is – ‘Amazing Homes, iMAZING Dreams’.

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 6): As 2022 drew to a close, EdgeProp capped its collaboration with top real estate agencies by signing on iMAZING Realty Sdn Bhd.

Without a doubt, iMAZING Realty has big plans for the future, and with EdgeProp’s ready capabilities, the former is confident of bringing the plans to fruition.

“The collaboration will deliver an improved property purchase process, which will create a bigger market of real estate investors. We aim to be one of the leading real estate companies Asia-wide and we believe we can achieve the goal with our all team members’ and co-partners’ efforts,” said iMAZING Realty group director, Gary Lok.

Lok said the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with EdgeProp aims to strengthen both parties’ relationship with the common goal of providing iMAZING agents with value-added marketing services to help them build their businesses.

“It will enhance our brand image to help prospective clients get a sense of what it might be like to work with us in helping them get their dream properties. This is what our company’s direction is – ‘Amazing Homes, iMAZING Dreams’,” said Lok.

“We are always in front of the latest market trends and news. Through our internal professional training of our agents, they will be well equipped with the knowledge and skills in using the [EdgeProp’s] platform to achieve their goals in an effective way,” he added.

Expansion in the works

iMAZING Realty has its headquarters at Tropicana Gardens Mall in a nearly 15,000-sq ft office, with a planned branch in Penang in the first quarter of this year.

“We are targeting business expansion in multiple locations and countries in the coming years. We are now growing quickly in primary markets.

“Part of our strategy to achieve this goal includes constant branding campaigns, fully integrated online sales submission and management, and in-depth training,” said Lok.

EdgeProp business development head Nimalen Parimalam said the inking of the MoU with iMAZING Realty will be a good “symbiosis” for both parties.

“We have worked hard to link up with a respectable list of real estate agencies to make full use of our platforms to help them achieve their numerous goals,” said Nimalen.

“iMAZING Realty is the final one for this year (2022) but they are definitely not the least as we know its ambitions and drive.

“Gary (Lok) has told me in depth what his plans are for iMAZING Realty and I am very confident we can help them,” he added.

Meanwhile, iMAZING Realty’s head of business development, Timothy Low, said technology will play an increasing role in the real estate segment.

“Besides listings and leads, which are some of the more common issues in the real estate agency business, some negotiators still find it uncomfortable to leverage technology, and they are not optimising online presence,” he said.

“Technology has grown by leaps and bounds in the past few decades and if negotiators are not leveraging technology for their business’s growth, their competitors will gain an edge over them and attract more leads away. EdgeProp can be a solution for negotiators to ease gently into the online platform, and with the right guidance and some effort, they will begin to embrace technology as part of their business,” Low added.
