45% of Sutera at Warisan Puteri 2 2-storey link houses booked within two months

SEREMBAN (Feb 17): The first phase of residential development Sutera at Warisan Puteri 2 by TH Properties Group -- an integrated group wholly owned by Lembaga Tabung Haji -- saw 45% of its homes booked since the project opened for sale in December last year.

According to the company’s senior manager of marketing and sales Mohd Adlee Yusof, phase one of Sutera comprises 89 units of 2-storey link houses with built-ups ranging from 1,790 sq ft to 1,992 sq ft, with selling prices starting from RM392,400.

“Sutera is designed to promote affordability and provide maximum convenience and liveability for first-time home buyers, young executives and upgraders, as well as meeting the long-term investment demand from interested buyers,” said Mohd Adlee in a press statement.

Spanning over 8.83 acres, Sutera offers comfortable and contemporary interior layouts and designs with a modern façade, amid Seremban’s natural landscape. It is expected to be completed in 2017.

The development is connected to surrounding areas via the major highways including the Kajang–Seremban Highway (LEKAS) and North-South Highway.

“I believe the connectivity, facilities, location and most importantly the indelible quality of life offered at Sutera give home owners and investors an easy and excellent decision to make,” added Mohd Adlee.

Besides its Seremban project, TH Properties is also developing Bandar Enstek in Negeri Sembilan -- a maturing township on 5,119 acres of land near KLIA. Some of the investors in the Halmas-certified  Bandar Enstek halal park include Fresenius Medical Care, Bio Molecular Industries and Felda Biotech Centre.

Meanwhile, TH Properties’ residential property pipeline includes upcoming projects in Warisan Puteri, Seremban (mixed residential development); Kota Bahru (serviced apartments and retail); Taman Keramat Permai, Hulu Kelang (condominium and linked villas); and Bayan Lepas, Penang (serviced apartments and retail).
