A picture speaks a thousand words, and sometimes a good photo does a better sales job than any sales pitch by a real estate agent.

An Australian-based real estate photographer Kent Soh tells TheEdgeProperty.com that photographs are among the most crucial elements in attracting potential home buyers.

“Photos can attract potential buyers and help them imagine living in that place. This is a strong engagement,” Soh says.

He adds that one does not need a professional camera to take good home interior and real estate photographs.

“We have high-quality smartphone cameras nowadays. If you can master some photography skills, you can take great photos by just using your phone’s camera,” Soh shares.
