PETALING JAYA (June 30): Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd and Prasarana Malaysia Bhd subsidiary Prasarana Integrated Development Sdn Bhd (PRIDE) unveiled TTDI Segaris, a 28-storey duplex residence in the affluent neighbourhood of Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), yesterday.

Jointly developed by Naza TTDI and Prasarana Malaysia, the development is located on a 1.01-acre leasehold land at Persiaran Zaaba, TTDI.

TTDI Segaris comprises a total of 185 units, of which 153 are duplexes with double-volume high ceiling while the rest are non-duplex units.

The built-ups range from 721 sq ft to 1,464 sq ft and the units are priced at RM1,100 psf, with an expected completion date of 48 months from the signing of the sale and purchase agreement.

Each floor will only have 11 units. The developers described the project’s unit designs as resort-like, and this “home resort” theme is extended to its three facility zones, namely Lifestyle Zone, Family Zone and Neighbourhood Zone.

The Lifestyle Zone is characterised by resort living ambience and houses facilities such as an infinity pool, sun deck and a well-equipped gym.

The Family Zone provides facilities for children including multipurpose spaces for outdoor communal activities and a surau.

Meanwhile the Neighbourhood Zone has a café amidst lush green landscape with pedestrian-friendly pathways.

The high-rise residential project’s site is close to the upcoming Taman Tun Dr Ismail mass rapid transit (MRT) station which is part of the Sungai Buloh–Kajang Line. It is also in close proximity to various key highways such as the Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway, Lebuhraya DamansaraPuchong and SPRINT Highway.

”TTDI Segaris, our latest development, demonstrates our continued presence in Taman Tun Dr Ismail from when we first developed it in 1974,” said Naza TTDI deputy executive chairman and group managing director Faliq Nasimuddin.

“TTDI has a proven track record of good capital appreciation and rental yield for all its properties. Our most recent developments like TTDI Ascencia and TTDI Plaza are fine examples of good property investments for our customers,” he said.
