IOI Properties Conezion

PETALING JAYA (Oct 6): The two final blocks of IOI Properties Group Bhd’s Conezion Residence has received encouraging response as it attracted over 300 potential homebuyers to its launch last Sunday.

“We believe that such good response is a result of customer confidence in our brand, the quality of our product and our customer service that exceeds expectations.

“Besides, the attractive [starting] price of RM465,000 for these freehold residences is a contributing factor [to the good response] too,” said senior general manager for marketing and property development Lee Yoke Har in a statement.

Located in Putrajaya’s IOI City, Conezion is a freehold integrated development comprising four 31-storey and 32-storey towers with 1,326 units of serviced apartments, and 14 blocks of commercial and office units at 2, 4 and 5 storeys. 

Conezion Residence offers three unit types and sizes, each comprising two or three bedrooms, with built-ups ranging from 780 sq ft to 1,278 sq ft. The final blocks, A and D consist of 663 units of serviced apartments. 

Besides featuring views from the Palm Garden golf course, Putrajaya city and IOI City Mall, each unit is also equipped with digital locksets and comes with two parking bays.

Among the facilities available are a swimming pool with aqua bed, children’s art studio, learning lab and mini theatre.

IOI Properties chief operating officer Teh Chin Guan said: “The purchasers have made a right decision in purchasing Conezion due to its ideal location within a resort city with close proximity to a range of world-class amenities including IOI City Mall, Le Meridien Putrajaya and Putrajaya Marriott Hotel as well as the Palm Garden Gold Club.”

Conezion is accessible via Damansara-Puchong Expressway, Maju Expressway, Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang, North-South Highway and Besraya Highway.

“These highways provide residents easy access to various nearby amenities including Kuala Lumpur International Airport (37km), Kuala Lumpur city centre (25km), eight international and private schools and colleges, medical centres and more,” said IOI Properties.

Meanwhile, in line with the efforts to create sustainable and healthy lifestyles in its developments, construction of a cycle cum walk path is underway at Conezion, according to the developer.

“Conezion residents will be able to enjoy the scenic lush greenery within IOI Resort City as they walk or cycle along the dedicated bypath to maintain their healthy and active lifestyle,” it said.

Conezion buyers are eligible for a furniture package and IOI Properties’ Buy Now Pay Later promotion, which enables homebuyers to defer payment for up to 24 months. The Buy Now Pay Later promotion ends on Nov 8, 2016.

Conezion is expected to be completed by 1Q2018.
