According to the agent, Terence Yap of One Sunterra Properties, this is an extremely well kept unit on a low floor with a large balcony facing townhouses.

The unit was sold with a built-in kitchenette, wardrobes and air conditioners.

“Bangsar Puteri is one of the earliest condominiums in Bangsar dating back to the mid-1980s. It is located along Jalan Medang Serai and a short walk from Bangsar Shopping Centre and the new Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT station,” said Yap.

“This freehold development has lots of potential for enbloc or redevelopment in the future as even though it sits on several acres of land, it has merely over 200 units,” he added.
