Picasso Residence

PETALING JAYA (Oct 20): PRG Holdings Bhd’s first luxury residential property project Picasso Residence has achieved 65% of sales thus far through private preview roadshows.

“The response and support received were tremendously positive despite the current challenging property market. In addition, the number of sales we have garnered thus far is a testament to the quality of our product.

“We still have more projects to be launched and we look forward to bringing more innovative products that can further excite and delight our customers in the near future,” said its group managing director Datuk Lua Choon Hann in a statement.

Located off Jalan Jelatek, the 3.7-acre project has a gross development value of RM600 million.

Picasso Residence consists of two 38-storey towers, housing 472 residential units with built-ups between 1,013 sq ft and 2,407 sq ft. Prices start from RM950 psf.

According to PRG, Picasso Residence shares an enviable location right next to the infamous Embassy Row (Taman U-Thant) and can be accessible via the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway and Middle Ring Road 2. It is also situated close to a number of light rail transit (LRT) stations.

“It is just 3km from Kuala Lumpur Twin Towers, KL Tower and the Golden Triangle area, a 5-minute walk to the LRT station and a 10-minute walk to the Gleneagles Medical Centre,” said the developer.

“Our target purchasers are property investors and home seekers who wish to own an architectural masterpiece along Jalan Jelatek.

“Our purchasers can enjoy a host of modern recreational amenities such as an outdoor jogging track, sky park, Jacuzzi, 50-meter Olympic-size swimming pool, floating cabanas, glass-encased gym overlooking the pool and sunken lounge,” said the company.
