According to Stanley Hang from MIP Properties, Zefer Hill Residence was launched back in 2011, with a minimum selling price of RM546,000.

Hang said the condominium units offer spacious layouts and they are suitable for those who are looking for big yet affordable units for their own stay.

“With a price below RM400 psf, the buyer was able to get a 1,565 sq ft unit with unblocked views in the direction of Bandar Sunway,” he added.

Hang noted that the unit was for the buyer’s own stay.

According to data from TheEdgeProperty.com, there were three transactions done in 1Q2016 with an average selling price of RM651,000 or RM421 psf.

In 2015, there were 12 closed deals with an average selling price of RM615,333 or RM423 psf.

Based on 69 listings on TheEdgeProperty.com, the average asking price is RM725,522 or RM450 psf.

Meanwhile, there are 39 rental listings on TheEdgeProperty.com which show that the average asking monthly rent is RM1,824 or RM1.32 psf, putting the indicative asking rental yield at about 3.7%.
