PETALING JAYA (Dec 21): The third phase of Acacia 2-storey terraced houses in Acacia Park, Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang, Selangor, is 95% sold since its launch on Nov 14.

The 2,670-acre township is developed by Rawang Lakes Sdn Bhd, a member of the Low Yat Group.

“Our first phase and second phase, which constitute 224 units and 215 units, have been sold out,” said Low Yat group project director, Bandar Tasik Puteri, Lee Kok Wah.

Acacia Park will be developed in four phases. The leasehold 64-acre Phase 3 (Phase 3A) has a gross development value of RM54 million and comprises 109 houses. They have a built-up area of 1,818 sq ft. Prices start from RM504,880.

The project is slated for completion in 1Q2018.

Amenities include 33-acre central park (Puteri Central Park), schools such as SMK Bandar Tasik Puteri, SK Bandar Batu Arang and SJKC Kuang as well as international schools such as ELC International School and IGB International School. Also present in the township is a 27-hole golf course, the Tasik Puteri Golf and Country Club featuring facilities such as a 24-bay driving range and multi-purpose halls.

“Not only that, there are also hypermarkets such as AEON, Giant and Tesco present for the convenience of the residents to do their grocery shopping and daily marketing,” Lee added.

According to Lee, the township has easy accessibility via several road networks.

“The township will be linked to the new LATAR (Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway) highway interchange, which is set for completion by the end of 2016 or early 2017. This highway is connected to the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), which are linked to places such as the city centre, Sungai Buloh, Petaling Jaya and Klang,” he said.

Half of Bandar Tasik Puteri has already been developed. Upcoming developments in the township include the launch of Acacia Park Phase 3B and a special preview of a high-rise residence in the township in the first quarter of next year.

The township also currently has several other projects open for sale. They are Phase 5 of Garden Heights (two-storey terrace house), Seiring East (semi-detached house), and Medan Puteri 2 (shop offices).
