Branz Tower

PETALING JAYA (May 11): Japanese property developer Tokyu Land and property investment company NTT Urban Development Corp will launch the Branz Tower Wellith Shinsaibashi South project in Tokyo this weekend in Malaysia, said JLL Property Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd head of international residential property services Jazmine Goh.

“This will be their [Tokyu Land and NTT Urban Development Corp] first official launch overseas for this project,” she told TheEdgeProperty.com via email.

“It will comprise 202 units of condominiums with one to three bedrooms. Priced between RM1.5 million to RM1.9 million, the units will have built-ups of 431 sq ft to 1,364 sq ft,” said Goh.

Slated for completion in November next year, the project sits on a 15,679 sq ft freehold land and has a gross development value (GDV) of RM387 million.

Since it was launched in mid-February, 84 units have been sold.

According to Goh, the kitchen in each unit comes with a dishwasher, disposer, water purifier, cooking stove and a ventilation fan.

She added that the units also have floor heating in the living and dining rooms and a window sash for noise prevention.

“Common facilities such as a concierge desk, sky lounge, pet grooming space, electrical vehicle charging spots and a disaster prevention storage room are available for the residents to utilise,” she said.

Goh added that the project is easily accessible through the metro stations.

“The building stands above the Nagahoribashi metro station and residents can ride [the train] to the city’s main shopping area, the Shinsaibashi station, in just less than a minute,” she said.

“If residents prefer to walk, the development is only a seven minutes’ walking distance to the Shinsaibashi shopping street,” she added.
