Concerto North Kiara is one of the newly-completed residential projects located in Segambut. The freehold five-acre project comprises 440 condominium units spread across three towers with sizes ranging from 1,710 sq ft to 2,196 sq ft.

According to the agent, Sophia Loh from Hartamas Real Estate (OUG) Sdn Bhd, the transacted unit is 1,876 sq ft. It was sold for RM1.114 million in early April. The unit comes with kitchen cabinets, an island, a hood and oven.      

“Given the unit’s brand new condition and large built-up size, I think this is a very reasonable deal. It was transacted at RM593 psf, while the asking price psf now has hit RM650 to RM700,” she said.

Loh added that the purchasers were a mother and her 20-year-old son who are from abroad. The mother bought this unit for her three children who are currently studying here.

As this is a newly-completed project, there are no transaction records on TheEdgeProperty.com yet. However, according to this portal, the asking prices psf range from RM619 to RM672.
