The project was completed and handed over to owners in October last year.

According to the agent, Mike Yap of Vivahomes Realty, the 32-year-old buyer is moving to Kuala Lumpur from Johor Bahru to expand his business, while the seller is a property investor.

“The buyer liked the unit for its view, environment and its facilities. T-Parkland is the first condominium with a full range of facilities in Rawang,” Yap noted.

He said the current asking price for this project is between RM360 psf and RM380 psf.

“There are some stocks available at this project now that demand and asking prices are on the rise,” Yap noted.

According to data from TheEdgeProperty.com, the asking price psf for this project ranges from RM371.90 psf to RM413.22 psf. However, no transaction data is available at the moment as this is a newly-completed project.
