Ferringhi Residence 2 takes pride of place in Mah Sing’s new Penang show gallery

PETALING JAYA (JULY 30): Mah Sing Group Bhd previewed its Ferringhi Residence 2 at the its new lifestyle show gallery in Menara Boustead in Penang, last week.

The development builds on Ferringhi Residence, being a resort condominium in the tourist belt of Batu Ferringhi. The project is situated on a 18.11-acre freehold parcel and has an estimated gross development value of RM735 million.

Ferringhi Residence 2 comprises 632 apartment units of between 1,208 sq ft and 2,910 sq ft, with indicative prices of between RM845,600 to RM2 million. The units come in 2-bedroom (1,208 sq ft) and 3-bedroom (1,455 to 2,910 sq ft) layouts.

Facilities include a multi-purpose hall, gym, sauna and steam room, tennis court, infinity pool, wading pool, BBQ area, playground and landscaped pond.

The launch of the show gallery was officiated by Mah Sing Group High-End COO Teh Heng Chong. “This new lifestyle show gallery is the first of its kind for Mah Sing. Its theme is inspired by the Northern Lights. Fibre optic lighting in the gallery ceiling mimic this natural phenomenon,” Teh said.

“Such innovative design is also applied in the show units in our gallery, which showcase imported interior design features that lend an international appeal and feel,” he added.

“We are excited for the public to learn more about the projects in Penang that we have to offer.”

Mah Sing has a land inventory of 82 acres in Penang that should last it five to eight years.
