First phase of Warisan Puteri 2 to be launched by end-April

PETALING JAYA (March 21): TH Properties Group will launch Sutera, the first phase of its 103.5-acre Warisan Puteri 2 township in Seremban, on April 30.

The company’s marketing and sales senior manager Mohd Adlee Yusof told TheEdgeProperty.com that phase one comprises 89 units of freehold 2-storey link houses, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM36.78 million.

“Sutera offers two design options, type 1A and type B with built-up sizes ranging from 1,790 sq ft to 1,992 sq ft, and selling prices ranging from RM392,400 to RM672,500,” he added.

According to him, since the project was opened for sale in December, the developer has seen over 45% of the units taken up.

Construction began in November last year and is expected to be completed by end-2017.

“Spanning over 8.83 acres, Sutera offers comfortable and contemporary interior layouts and designs with a modern façade, amid Seremban’s natural landscape,” he added.

The 103.5-acre Warisan Puteri 2 township development will comprise 1,105 commercial and residential units, and the overall development will take about six years to complete.

“Warisan Puteri 2 is connected to surrounding areas via major highways including the Kajang–Seremban Highway (LEKAS) and North-South Highway. Good connectivity and affordable pricing have attracted buyers to own a unit,” said Mohd Adlee.

TH Properties Group is an integrated group wholly-owned by Lembaga Tabung Haji.

The company’s upcoming developments include the Bandar Enstek township in Negeri Sembilan, Kota Bahru serviced apartments and retail development, Hulu Kelang condominium and linked villas project and Bayan Lepas serviced apartments.
