Ng Chai YongKUALA LUMPUR (Jan 6): Mah Sing Group Bhd announced their sales target of RM2.3 billion for 2016, similar to their sales target from last year, during a press conference that also launched its latest rewards campaign at the Lakeville Sales Gallery today.

“In total, we have a sales target of RM2.3 billion for 2016, and our launch target will be slightly more than RM2.3 billion, but it is variable depending on the breadth and depth of the projects, so we can vary our launch projects to suit what the market wants,” said Mah Sing’s CEO Ng Chai Yong.

The group currently has 46 projects, with 11 completed and the remainder in various stages of development.

“Our direction for this year is quite clear – we are still going for affordable, mass-market products. This will be supplemented by our high-end projects, of which we have a lot, such as the Kinrara residences,” Ng stated, adding that favourable responses for its recent launches had assured it of buyers’ confidence in the group despite market conditions.

As for Mah Sing's latest rewards campaign, on top of sales packages encompassing easy entry schemes, the group will also be giving out RM8,888 cash rebates for every property purchased from Jan 1 to Feb 28 this year.

Participating projects include Southville City@KL South, M Residence 2 in Rawang, D’Sara Sentral in Sungai Buloh, Lakeville Residences in Taman Wahyu, M City in Jalan Ampang, Icon Residence in Mont'Kiara, Meridin BayVue and Austin Suites in Johor Bahru, The Meridin@Medini in Johor, and Ferringhi Residence, The Loft, Legenda@Southbay and Southbay Plaza in Penang.
