Nusa 15

PETALING JAYA (April 7): Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd’s Nusa 15 1-storey terraced houses have been 60% taken up within a few days of their launch, said director Tey Soo Leng.

Tey told TheEdgeProperty.com the launching on March 27 was well-received as landed property with affordable prices will still attract genuine buyers, especially first-time home buyers.

Located in the 300-acre Nusa Intan township at Senawang, Seremban, Nusa 15 offers 82 units of freehold 1-storey terraced houses with built-up sizes ranging between 1,400 sq ft and 1,564 sq ft (corner unit).

“Nusa 15 development has a gross development value (GDV) of RM30.9 million. The selling price averages RM241 psf with selling prices of each home from RM338,000,” he said.

He noted that Nusa 15 offers an upgraded yet affordable version of a 1-storey terraced house, with well-designed floor plans to maximise built-up with no awkward corners.

The units comprise four bedrooms and two bathrooms with an extended car porch and backyard as well as a 13-ft height ceiling.

“The residents can also enjoy the recreational facilities in the Nusa Intan township. The township has eight concept parks, three recreation lakes and 16 acres of green area, offering the residents a natural green environment and relaxing lifestyle,” he added.

Tey noted that Nusa 15 in Nusa Intan could be easily accessed through the Kajang-Seremban Highway and North South Highway.

For residents who want to travel using public transportation, the KTM Senawang station is just about 6 km or a 15 minutes’ drive from Nusa Intan.

On the market outlook, Tey said the increasing working population in Senawang is expected to boost demand for properties in the area.

Landed properties with attractive pricing and good design will definitely attract buyers, he added.
