Residensi Sefina UEM Sunrise

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 5): Residensi Sefina, UEM Sunrise Bhd’s newest high-rise development in Mont’Kiara, has sold 60% of its units to-date.

The cruise-themed condominium development was officially launched on Aug 1, but the developer also held a soft launch of the project on May 23.

“Residensi Sefina Mont’Kiara is a true urban sanctuary. It combines attractive and convenient city living with the sense of escaping a busy metropolitan life. This property is specially designed to cater to young professionals with families who want the best of both worlds,” said UEM Sunrise chief marketing officer Zadil Hanief during a media preview today.

“The high-quality amenities will also appeal to aspirational buyers looking for modern living with a touch of luxury,” he added.

Residensi Sefina -- due for completion in June 2019 -- will come up on a 3.06-acre freehold tract along Jalan Kiara 3 and has a gross development value (GDV) of RM307 million.

It offers 245 units with built-ups of between 1,333 and 1,771 sq ft in a 35-storey tower, with prices from RM1.05 million.

The residential tower will stand atop a five-storey podium, with car parks and a facility floor named the Star Deck.

The Star Deck offers a 50m lap pool, wading pool, Jacuzzi, reading pavilion, yoga deck, residents’ lounge and multipurpose hall.

The development also has facilities offered on the ground floor, called Sandy Island, where it offers a wellness garden, hammock garden, cabana, beach campfire, children’s playground, spice garden and therapeutic path.
