Victor Lim

Victor is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with over 15 years of diverse property-related experience, both locally and internationally. He began his career with prominent property developers, where he contributed to the sales and marketing team while also engaging in research and property management.

In 2010, Victor transitioned into real estate agency and became actively involved in corporate real estate, specializing in commercial leasing and investment sales. His exceptional track record speaks for itself, as he has facilitated commercial transactions valued at over RM180 million in recent years. Victor's deep knowledge of the commercial real estate market, coupled with his negotiation skills, have consistently delivered outstanding results for his clients.

Prior to joining PropNex Malaysia, Victor held several senior positions, including Head of Leasing for Savills Malaysia and Head of Corporate Services for CBD Properties. Throughout his career, Victor's exceptional performance has garnered recognition and accolades, including the prestigious titles of Leadership Award recipient, Champion Top Producer, Commercial REN of the Year and MIEA Million Dollar Achiever of 2023.
