Setia Tropika is an integrated modern township which was developed by reputable developer SP Setia in the Johor Bahru district of Johor.

Residents of Setia Tropika as well as the general public have also Setia Tropika to thank as the Central Business District (CBD), an integrated flagship commercial hub of the township was also developed so as to offer a host of amenities including banks and food and beverage outlets at a convenient location.

The Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) or state government administrative centre which include government departments such as the Immigration Department, National Registration Department, the Film Censorship Board Department, the Civil Defense Department and the National Anti-Drug Agency Department, is also located within Setia Tropika.

Setia Tropika is also surrounded by established neighborhoods, and as such this township is a stone’s throw away from amenities such as shopping centres and hypermarkets including Aeon, Tesco and Giant.
