Pauh Jaya is located in Central Seberang Perai, Penang, neighbouring areas such as Taman Pauh, Kampung Teluk and Bandar Baru Perda. It comprises several housing areas and a few commercial areas.
Pauh Jaya is located near to the Penang Bridge and is well connected to the island.
The area has more landed properties, mostly terrace houses and semi-detached homes, with single-, double-, 2 ½- and triple-storey units.
