Bandar Puteri is a township in the heart of Puchong strategically located close to Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Sunway and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). It was developed by the IOI Group with a balance between the residential and commercial properties. The luscious greenery featured in Bandar Puteri offers a sense of tranquility. Amenities and Facilities

Easy access to quality healthcare facilities is obtained from the two hospitals in the neighborhood, Columbia Asia Hospital Puchong and KPMC Puchong. Primary and secondary education are offered by local schools such as Sekolah Agama Pusat Bandar Puchong, SK Pusat Bandar Puchong 1, SK Pusat Bandar Puchong 2 and SMK Pusat Bandar Puchong 1. Bank Islam, RHB Bank, Alliance, Standard Chartered, Citibank, Bank Rakyat, OCBC Bank and Bank of China are densely located close to each other making it convenient.

Fresh produce can be bought locally at the wet market, Puteri Mart which also has a food court. Four Points by Sheraton Puchong is a 4-star hotel which comes highly recommended. IOI Resort City located close by is also a major attraction and is comprised of IOI City Mall, One and Two IOI Square, Putrajaya Marriott Hotel & Spa and Palm Garden Hotel. Other amenities include kindergartens, Giant Superstore Puchong, Tesco Puchong, community library, photography studios, skin care centres and pharmacies.

Property Development

Currently underway are other property projects such as Puteri Hills (town houses and condominium) with landscaped gardens, Le Pavillion which showcases a healthy living architectural design and The Cube which mainly consists of three-storey boutique shop offices with fibre optics network.

Accessibility and Transportation

Nestled along one of the busiest highways LDP, Bandar Puteri has its own interchange, connecting residents directly to LDP and is also easily accessible from Jalan Puchong via Lebuh Puteri, South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and KESAS Highway.
