Bandar Puteri is a township in the heart of Puchong strategically located close to Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Sunway and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). It was developed by the IOI Group with a balance between the residential and commercial properties. The luscious greenery featured in Bandar Puteri offers a sense of tranquility. As the residential properties stand on elevated land residents enjoy a cool hill breeze away from the heat of the commercial hub.
The different types of properties include 2-storey terrace/link houses, 2.5-storey terrace/link houses, bungalows, semi-detached houses, apartments such as Sri Cassia, Sri Alpinia, Puteri Bayu, Lakefront Suite Puchong, 5-Star Residency and condominiums such as K Boulevard, Casa Puteri, Hijauan Puteri, Aseanea Puteri and Zefer Hill Residence. The Puchong Financial Corporate Centre (PFCC) serves as the core for all IT related companies and services. As the demand for transport-oriented developments are increasing, the proposed LRT station at Bandar Puteri as a part of the extended Ampang Line will act as a catalyst to appreciate property values and overall economy to Bandar Puteri.
