Bandar Sri Damansara is a mature township in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor. It is surrounded by vibrant areas such as Mutiara Damansara, Bandar Utama, Kota Damansara and Damansara Perdana. Besides that, it is just across Desa ParkCity and Sunway SPK Damansara.

The older part of Sri Damansara was mainly developed by Land and General Bhd. Currently, among other developers, TA Global has started developing Damansara Avenue, an urban integrated city development which will take 7 to 10 years to complete.

Bandar Sri Damansara has a wide range of residential developments, from bungalows and semi-detached homes to terraced houses and apartments, as well as medium cost flats. Property prices in the township has been increasing as more people are migrating there.

Accessibility & Transportation

The township is about 15km away from Kuala Lumpur city centre, and is easily accessible to other hotspots in the Klang Valley via highways and public transportation. It is also considered neighbours with areas such as Kepong and Subang 2 and minutes away from the upcoming Kwasa Land’s Kwasa Damansara township.

Secondary schools- SMK Bandar Sri Damansara (1) and SMK Bandar Sri Damansara (2). There is also a private school – Sri Bestari.

Just 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), 10 minutes drive to One Utama Shopping Centre, The Curve Shopping Mall, Ikea and Tesco, the township is very much sought-after. There is a huge variety of restaurants available in Bandar Sri Damansara, catering to the needs of all races.
