Also known as PJU 10, Damansara Damai is a residential township located within the northern part of the Petaling district in the state of Selangor. It rests on state-alienated land about 8km away from the next growth area in Sungai Buloh.


Damansara Damai was initially developed by master developer MK Land Holdings Bhd, which introduced several low- to medium-cost apartments in the early years, but the area has since blossomed to include a variety of residential properties.


Today, the landscape of Damansara Damai is dotted with high-rise condominiums of all density and layout sizes on top of the occasional neighbourhoods comprising landed terraced homes and super link properties. The potential of Damansara Damai has attracted more developers into the area, where the property market is set to grow substantially with a good mix of gated-and-guarded developments, high-end residences, and commercial projects.


To date, Damansara Damai remains a popular choice for those who seek affordable living within the area as it is located in an established township supported by modern infrastructure, good road connectivity and plenty of facilities of amenities.

Also situated nearby is a recreational park, Hospital Sungai Buloh, Royal Selangor Polo Club and Seri Selangor Golf Club. A line-up of schools and educational institutions are within easy reach, among them SK Damansara Damai, SMK Damansara Damai 1, Sri KDU Smart School and SEGi University Kota Damansara.


Accessibility and Transportation

The main access into Damansara Damai is via Jalan Kuala Selangor, while it is also easily accessible via the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR). The Damansara Damai MRT will serve the MRT Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya line upon completion in 2022. Damansara Damai is also within minutes from the Sungai Buloh MRT Station with a KTM interchange.
