Overview

Putra Heights is a residential township situated in Subang Jaya within the sub-district of Damansara. It was developed by Sime UEP Properties on 727 hectares of freehold land and was launched in November 1999. It consists of prime residential and commercial developments amidst palm escapades that instills a sense of serenity. Bukit Cermin, displaying the Putra Heights name, is located in the centre of the township. The hill is highly popular among cyclists in the Klang Valley.

Property Developments

Within this township are three gated and guarded prominent neighbourhoods, namely, Putra Palms, The Glades and Kingsley Hills. Putra Palms is a low-density development consisting of Grandis Palms & Mascarena Palms which have 2 & 2.5-storey super link houses and Royale Palms which has 2.5-storey bungalows. The Glades is a residential enclave comprised of 2 blocks of 8-storey condominiums, 4-storey town houses (The Mews), 3-storey terraces (The Ensemble), 3-storey semi-detached houses (The Encore) and 3-storey bungalows (The Residences). Incorporated into this enclave are its very own mall, The Glades Plaza and many green features such as rainwater harvesting, recycling and LED street lighting. Kingsley Hills consists of a lavish combination of bungalows, semi-detached homes and four luxury condominiums (Sienna Rise, Mesa Residence, Ridge Haven and Cresta). Other property types include Laman Putra and Putra Avenue – 2-storey terrace link houses; Putra Bistari – shophouses, 2-storey terrace and 2-storey semi-detached houses; Putra Bahagia – 2-storey terrace houses; and Putra Point Commercial Centre – 2 & 3-storey shop offices.
