About This Project
**##Overview##**Bandar Bukit Tinggi 1 (BBT1) is the sister township and precursor to Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2 (BBT2) both of which were completed in 2010 and 2012 respectively. WCT Holdings Berhad developed BBT1, originally 357.38 acres of palm oil plantation, with an estimated RM1.19 billion, into a thriving and bustling township that has an equally flourishing residential area of well designed quality homes. The infrastructure is well planned and built with no flooding occurring over the years which tends to happen in other townships nearby. Day and night, BBT1 attracts many residents from other areas surrounding it like Taman Chi Liung, Bayu Perdana, Bayu Tinggi, Sri Andalas, Pandamaran, Bandar Botanic, and Klang Jaya with its popular eateries and hotspots and comprehensive range of retail outlets. Its residential area is multi-racial with middleclass to upper middleclass homes comprising mainly of double storey terraced houses, 2 storey homes, semi-detached houses, bungalows, apartments, shop lots, office suites, business centre, and even a world class hotel. It is self-contained with small parks and open fields, green buffer zones and has a full range of amenities and facilities within or nearby it like schools, learning centres, hospitals, hypermarkets, mini markets, and financial businesses, etc. The roads here are adequate if not efficient in their planning which is a grid system of important and semi important roads although there are road congestions occurring at entrances of schools adjacent to this township when parents pick up or drop off their kids on school days.**##Amenities & Facilities##**There are banks like Affin Bank, HSBC Bank, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Bank Simpanan National and others within the area and nearby. Restaurants like Sushi Mentai, Nasi Kandar Pelita, Restoran Chettys Daun Pisang, Mcdonalds@Petronas petrol station, A&W@Petronas petrol station are some of the myriad eateries available here besides kopitiam hawker centres like 555 and BBT1 and Hoo Bee. There are many tuition and English language centres, preschool development centres, hair and beauty salons, clinics, pharmacists, cafes, pet food shops, and etc. KWSP has a major branch at the office suites next to Premier Hotel. Aeon Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre is located nearby at BBT2 while Tesco and Giant Bukit Tinggi are situated within this township. There are schools within or nearby BBT1 such as SK Bukit Tinggi Klang, SM Vokasional Klang, SMK Batu Unjur, La Salle Klang, SRJK (C) Hin Hua, STAR school and many others. Located opposite Giant Hypermarket is Manipal Hospital Klang, a USD$100 Million and 220 bed private medical specialist and teaching hospital. Pantai Hospital Klang and Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital are respectively 8 minutes and just 5 minutes drive time from BBT1.**##Accessibility & Transportation##**Persiaran Batu Nilam is the main road that runs along the Western flank of BBT1 that links up with Jalan Kim Chuan and Persiaran Pegaga which in turn lead to Port Klang and in the opposite direction Klang city as well as eventually to KL. Running along on its Eastern border is Persiaran Tengku Ampuan Rahimah that leads to Klang city also and to the KESAS Highway that leads to KL, KLIA, West Port on Pulau Indah and other destinations. There is a bus route along Persiaran Tengku Ampuan Rahimah with buses taking passengers to Klang city, BBT2, and Banting, etc.**##Future Developments##**Currently in mid-2017, there are some apartment blocks being built near Persiaran Batu Nilam and already70% to 80% complete. Two elevated LRT-Line 3 stations are planned to be built at Tesco Bukit Tinggi and Aeon at BBT2 by 2020. All of which will further boost the value of properties in this township.
